We do not have a legal privacy policy yet but to maintain transparency on how we handle your data that we collect during your registration, please consider the following points:
We collect your data that you give us during your pre/registration process so that we can facilitate the league.
We will retain the images/text of registration transaction details from the players even after a season is over, but you can get it deleted by sending us a request. All such details will be highly confidential (and already non-compromising since it won’t contain any revealing bank details), with only up to three people from our core team having access to it. We are retaining all such transaction details for the purpose of archival, in case they are needed in the future for reasons such as auditing.
If you are providing an ID proof for free or discounted tickets, they will be deleted after verification.
We won't sell your data for any purpose.
Your name, email and time zone will be visible to the other players who will be playing the game.
All the data you provide us will be visible to the people involved with managing the league.
You can request your data to be deleted from our records after the season is finished.
We won’t use your contact information for any marketing or intimation regarding future seasons unless you have consented to it.
If you have consented for your games to be recorded in any of the weeks, we may record and add them to YouTube/any other video hosting platforms.
We will be recording the top game of any or all of the tiers during the semi-finals and grand finals stage and publishing them in YouTube and other video hosting platforms. If you play these games, your name and video will be posted in these platforms.
Your games will be recorded at any time if there are suspicions/accusations of cheating on you or your match-mates. They will only be used for inspection and won't be uploaded anywhere public.
The content of this document may change without notice, but the amount of privacy you get, won’t. We won’t sneak in any changes that can have a significant impact on you. All major changes will be announced.
